While riding to bike week in Daytona, I lost the function of my clutch in Atlanta stop and go traffic. I quickly checked the dealer locator on my street glide screen and saw that Thunder Tower Harley was just 8 miles away and limped it there on the shoulder of the road. After catching 2 green lights, thank you, I was at this dealership just before 6:00 closing time. After some quick diagnostics the service team got me going by the following morning. Huge shout out to service writer Swagg Johnson and technicians J T, and C-Dell. These guys are what Harley Davidson service is all about!

I have had great experiences at Thunder Tower West in Morrow, Ga. The customer service is amazing. Leslie always goes out her way to make sure I get the latest fashionable clothes, accessories and gifts. She even gift wrapped my gifts for me. It is the place to go for gifts of any kind. The Owner was nice and personable too. I love this place! I will continue to shop here, It is like therapy for me to visit. I get to get away from everything and go the Bike Motorcycle World it is paradise!

While traveling back to Buffalo NY from Key West FL, my shifter shaft rod broke in downtown Atlanta. I made it to Thunder Tower West and they took me in fast, diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and got me back on the road. A special shout out to Swagg, my service writer, for providing a great experience.

I was traveling through on a road trip and broke a shock on my trike, these guys stayed late and got it fixed so I could continue my trip the next morning. They are top notch guys who got me out of a bind. A++++

I just wanted to give a shout out to the crew at Thunder Tower. Lawrence, Marisol, Lindsay, Hammer and everyone else. After a frustrating month of trying to purchase a bike at Falcons Fury which is about 10 minutes from my house. At my brother-in-law advise I decided to drive 35 mins to Morrow to see what they had available. I was immediately greeted by Lawrence and in 15 mins I found my bike. I never once felt like any shady sales tactics was being employed during the buying process and the whole crew was helpful and welcoming. I'm definitely buying my next bike from Thunder Tower Harley and would suggest you do the same.

I had drove 3 hours to go to a another local Harley Davidson that had a bike I was interested in and had the worst experience ive ever had with bike sales. I Google searched and found thunder tower about half an hour away and decided to give it another try to take home a bike I seen they had in stock the same day. I had the best experience ive ever had with a dealership and it was with this dealership and the salesman Mike. They picked up the slack where the other Harley dealer failed and really lived up to what I always thought the Harley brand was about and made my first bike experience perfect. I appreciate not only Mike and sales but the service department as well for making sure my bike was ready by staying late and helping me load it as well.
